The Assistant General Manager – Kids Training Center role is onsite in Olathe, KS, with compensation of $36,000–$38,500 per year. Working with the General Manager, the assistant general manager supports center operations, sales, staff development, and coaching to help deliver the program and serve families.

What you'll do

• Monitor center KPIs and financials
• build relationships with families
• oversee center initiatives, maintenance, training, and brand consistency
• schedule and sell camps and parties
• manage leads and bookings
• support local outreach and social media
• help onboard, train, and evaluate coaches
• coach children using the curriculum
• support student safety and program implementation.
