Gymnastics Coach

The Gymnastics Coach position is onsite in Medford, OR, and pays $15.55–$22 per hour. America’s Best Kids provides gymnastics training in a safe and encouraging environment for young athletes. The coach leads training and skills classes, monitors each gymnast’s progress, and provides feedback and motivation. The role also supports class and event planning and works with other coaches and staff to foster gymnast development in preschool, recreational, or team programs.

What you'll do

• Provide training sessions for competitive gymnasts
• teach skills classes focused on strength, flexibility, and skill development
• evaluate and monitor gymnast progress and provide feedback and motivation
• foster a safe, positive, encouraging environment
• participate in planning and executing classes and events
• collaborate with coaches and staff to support gymnast growth.
