Power Lead — Industrial Commercial Energy

The Power Lead is an in-office, in-person role in Flint, Michigan. Compensation is not specified. The position leads Wade Trim’s Power Group within its Industrial Commercial Energy group, supporting infrastructure engineering work and client relationships. The role oversees project delivery, staffing, quality, financial performance, business development, and technology initiatives through Area Leads and other operational leaders. It exists to align people and resources with business objectives, sustain growth, and ensure the group delivers projects to firm standards.

What you'll do

• Oversee Power Group project delivery, profitability, staffing, workforce planning, and quality management
• lead through Area Leads, Project Directors, and Project Managers
• develop strategic growth plans and maintain key client relationships
• oversee business development resources and client service leadership
• guide technology innovation and investments, including implementation of AI across Power Group operations and growth
• support recruiting and development of technical leaders
• travel to Wade Trim offices when needed, up to three times per month.
