What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while following security procedures, site policies, and emergency response protocols
• respond calmly to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital facilities, patient care areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns
• complete activity reports and incident documentation accurately and promptly.
