Events Manager — Weekend Events

Job overview

The Events Manager works onsite in the Denver, CO area territory and must live within a 45-minute drive of Centennial, CO. Base pay is $1,100–$1,300 per week, plus bonuses. The role leads an event department promoting a home improvement brand at area shows, fairs, and festivals. The manager books events, leads demonstrators, and coordinates promotional booths to generate prospective customers, appointments, sales, and profit. The role also manages schedules, department reporting, inventory, labor, budgets, and event goals.

What you'll do

• Find and book shows and events for every weekend
• engage event patrons to generate leads and schedule appointments
• recruit, hire, train, mentor, and manage Event Demonstrators
• oversee booth setup and removal
• coordinate schedules and calendars
• track and report productivity, labor, inventory, and budget
• set and monitor event, weekly, and monthly goals
• communicate with supervisors and other departments.
