What you'll do

• Implement daily care and activities according to resident service plans and professional boundaries
• respond to resident needs and community alarms
• assist with grooming, hygiene, bathing, transfers, and activities and meals
• ensure residents receive medication on time
• assist with meal preparation and service and report changes in eating habits
• record and report changes in resident condition
• follow bath schedules and take vital signs
• report incidents and accidents
• follow emergency procedures and respond to requests for assistance
• maintain accurate records, safety checks, and a clean environment.

Why this role
