What you'll do

• Monitor plant health, watering, feeding, and pest management
• manage temperature, humidity, and lighting
• work with ownership to address plant-health issues
• prune plants to optimize growth and yield
• harvest at the appropriate time
• dry, cure, and store harvested plants
• maintain regulatory records and inventory
• inspect and clean cultivation areas
• train and manage a small team
• implement company and Colorado MED policies
• prepare for inspections and audits.
