What you'll do

• Review daily schedules for arrivals and departures
• direct arriving aircraft to parking and chock wheels
• greet customers and anticipate needs
• arrange customer transportation and close rental-car contracts
• assist with bags and transport customers to airport facilities
• service departing aircraft with coffee, ice, catering, dishes, and linen
• check catering orders
• assist customer relations and line-service teammates
• check crew vans
• escort customers to remote parking and technical areas.
