What you'll do

• Develop and evaluate HR strategies, goals, metrics, and initiatives
• manage HR and Training & Development budgets
• improve HR processes, technology, programs, and employee experience
• oversee recruitment and selection
• advise managers and employees on workplace concerns, performance, conflict resolution, policies, and employee relations
• coach leaders
• oversee orientation, onboarding, training, leadership development, and compliance education
• work with benefit providers and vendors
• maintain HR policies, procedures, and handbook provisions.
