IT Product Manager, Construction & Facilities

Job overview

The IT Product Manager, Construction & Facilities role is remote, with some travel to stands and job sites; candidates in Central or Eastern time zones are preferred and are expected to work Eastern Time hours. Compensation is $65,000–$90,000 per year. Who Brew operates 7 Brew drive-thru coffee stands and its technology team supports the lifecycle of those locations. The role leads rollout and adoption of construction and facilities systems, maintains accurate site and budget data, and coordinates technology readiness for new stand openings. It connects development and facilities teams with vendors and internal technology work to support consistent operations across locations.

What you'll do

• Own and prioritize the construction and facilities systems request queue
• run the Ecotrak rollout and train users
• support the Procore rollout and project setup standards
• maintain site pipeline and budget data
• own the technology checklist for new stand openings
• write specifications for in-house tools
• test releases against real projects and stands
• manage vendor relationships
• maintain documentation and train users when systems change.
