The Principal Account Executive - Enterprise is a remote position based in Tallahassee, FL. The base salary range is $145,000 - $160,000 per year, with an OTE of $290,000 - $320,000. This role supports the Enterprise sales team at iCIMS. The role exists to drive sales of the iCIMS Talent Cloud platform to large enterprise accounts. The executive develops value-based sales plans, identifies key decision-makers, and leads the entire sales process to achieve quotas.
