What you'll do

• Conduct crisis assessments, including risk and safety assessment, interventions, and referrals
• collaborate with individuals, families, and treatment team members
• provide person-centered recovery-focused services, education, supportive counseling, advocacy, and information
• coordinate community behavioral health and substance use referrals
• respond to calls during scheduled shifts when not providing televideo services
• collaborate with providers
• complete follow-up calls, assessments, referrals, hearings, and documentation as described.
