What you'll do

• Support the Project Superintendent in overseeing on-site operations and field activities. Supervise daily field work, coordinate trades, and track schedules
• lead weekly safety meetings, enforce OSHA rules, and complete hazard logs
• maintain daily work logs, update drawings, and track issues
• inspect workmanship and manage punch lists through closeout
• and communicate with field crews, subcontractors, and project managers to resolve problems.
