What you'll do

• Analyze in-process and finished-product samples
• implement and maintain ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems
• develop work instructions and quality policies
• plan and conduct audits and follow up on corrective actions
• coordinate certification audits
• maintain inspection, statistical process control, and nonconforming-product records
• ensure laboratory equipment performance and calibration
• help resolve product issues and customer complaints
• monitor quality and customer-satisfaction metrics
• prepare reports
• provide ISO awareness training
• manage return material authorizations
• serve as a quarterly inventory contact.
