Grant & Communications Coordinator. Communications Director. The Grants & Communications Coordinator supports the agency’s fundraising and external communications efforts by leading grant writing and management activities and assisting with mission-aligned communications. This role works collaboratively with internal teams and, as appropriate, the Board of Directors’ Communications Com
