• Welcome clients, visitors, and community partners
• complete registration, check-in/check-out, demographic verification, insurance updates, and payment collection
• provide information about services
• answer and route calls
• schedule appointments
• maintain electronic and paper records
• process correspondence
• support office operations
• maintain confidential EHR documentation
• collaborate with clinical, billing, quality improvement, and administrative staff
• participate in training, audits, and quality improvement activities
• support multiple locations as needed.
