Peer Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Help members access services, identify needs, develop care plans, and overcome system barriers

• help clients develop natural supports and community living skills
• coordinate activities, supervision, and training
• communicate client progress to supervisors and clinical team members
• complete required clinical documentation.
