What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate billing and coding professionals
• monitor revenue cycle KPIs and performance data
• ensure timely and accurate claims submission, payment posting, denial and appeal management, coding, and accounts receivable follow-up
• serve as a primary contact for providers and administration
• maintain compliance with HIPAA, coding guidelines, regulations, and payer policies
• conduct internal audits
• identify bottlenecks and improve processes
• supervise daily staff productivity and fill in on staff functions when necessary.
