What you'll do

• Maintain and update patient records and profiles
• review charts for completeness
• coordinate resident transportation
• transcribe nurses’ orders per policy
• answer phones and perform clerical tasks
• communicate with staff, patients, and visitors
• assist nursing and recreation staff
• manage supplies
• maintain the unit’s electronic medical information system.
