Injection Molding Setup & Process Optimization Technician — Night Shift

The Injection Molding Setup & Process Optimization Technician role is onsite in Macedonia, OH. Pay is $32–$36 per hour, with a night shift from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and a rotating cadence of three days on followed by three to four days off. The role supports production at Design Molded Plastics’ Macedonia facility. The technician sets up and starts plastic injection molding jobs, monitors output, and adjusts machine settings to maintain quality and efficiency. The role also addresses process and equipment issues, supports material flow, and maintains machines and molds to help protect safe, reliable production.

What you'll do

• Set up and start injection molding jobs
• monitor output and adjust machine settings
• coordinate material loading and flow
• identify root causes of processing, equipment, and quality problems and implement fixes
• perform routine inspections and maintenance on machines, molds, and support equipment
• uphold quality standards and safe work practices
• operate Toshiba and Haitian injection molding machines.
