What you'll do

• Lead merchandising programs, assortment changes, seasonal initiatives, promotions, and remerchandising
• ensure planogram and merchandising standards are followed
• monitor sales, availability, inventory, and spoilage
• oversee replenishment and route scheduling
• maintain merchandising system data
• coordinate with operations, technology, category management, and sales
• lead, coach, and develop merchandising specialists
• monitor team KPIs.
