Machine Maintenance III — Third Shift (11 PM–7 AM)

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC-related production equipment
• perform and lead preventive maintenance
• adjust and optimize equipment
• support installation, commissioning, and validation
• interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals
• complete maintenance logs and work orders
• identify failure causes and corrective solutions
• guide Mechanic I and II team members
• support continuous improvement and engineering trials
• follow food safety, GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and safety procedures
• provide backup Maintenance Lead coverage as needed.
