The Specialist, Alumni Engagement is an onsite role based in Dayton, MD, responsible for executing alumni strategy and growing champion engagement. This position is part of the Corporate Affairs department and focuses on deepening the connection between graduates and Covista's institutions. The role exists to mobilize alumni as volunteers, ambassadors, and advocates who support student success and brand reputation. By coordinating programs, managing volunteer relationships, and executing events, the specialist ensures that alumni remain active and engaged members of the community.

What you'll do

• Recruits and stewards alumni volunteers
• conducts volunteer intake
• develops volunteer communications
• facilitates alumni involvement in student experience
• supports alumni storytelling
• plans and executes alumni events
• manages alumni inbox
• maintains alumni database.
