What you'll do

• Welcome and escort guests to the locker area, assign lockers, and provide amenities
• explain proper use of spa facilities
• maintain clean, stocked restrooms, showers, wet treatment rooms, lounges, and pool areas
• replace towels and bath mats and wipe showers after use
• assist therapists during treatments as needed
• manage guest supply inventory
• monitor appointments and report issues to supervisors
• stock and serve beverages and fruit
• manage laundry and prepare relaxation areas.
