What you'll do

• Oversee daily servicing of assigned commercial real estate loans
• coordinate payments, cash management, custodial loan files, reporting, fundings, paydowns, and payoffs
• onboard and manage repurchase facilities and back leverage
• maintain bank accounts and loan data
• coordinate vendor expenditures
• may assist with closing new originations, due diligence, compliance checks, legal documents, and funding approvals.
