- administer Cisco ISE for TACACS+ device administration and access policies
- support Cyber Vision, ThousandEyes, and DNA Spaces
- troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking
- implement Palo Alto security solutions
- maintain architecture and operational documentation
- and assist with upgrades, procurement, and statewide technology initiatives.
