What you'll do

• Lead, hire, coach, and hold hourly and management teams accountable
• manage café P&L, labor and food costs, forecasting, and sales growth
• maintain food safety, quality, speed, and hospitality standards
• build local community presence
• partner with district, culinary, HR, training, and marketing teams
• manage staffing plans and schedules
• conduct performance reviews and recommend personnel actions
• lead café communications and change management
• oversee administrative responsibilities.
