The Store Manager role is onsite at Little Words Project’s new King Street store in Charleston, SC. Compensation is not specified. The position will help introduce the brand to a new community and establish the store team and culture.

What you'll do

• Hire, train, coach, and develop the store team
• build an inclusive store culture
• drive sales and guest engagement through service, clienteling, and CRM
• monitor sales metrics
• lead visual merchandising, product launches, events, and community activations
• oversee inventory, replenishment, point of sale, cash handling, and daily operations
• and lead bead bar appointments, custom orders, parties, and guest experiences.
