What you'll do

• Analyze customer IT organizations, requirements, and processes
• support adoption and utilization of Aternity solutions
• plan and design digital experience monitoring
• troubleshoot application performance
• collect end-user and application performance information
• develop scripts for metric collection and remediation
• configure measurements for user activities and backend transactions
• present product features and solutions
• troubleshoot Windows and UNIX performance issues
• deliver solutions within budget and schedule constraints
• advise on cloud migration, application performance, and application delivery.
