What you'll do
- Assist the Director of Nursing with nursing department management and supervision
- oversee staffing, scheduling, and daily workflow
- support staff onboarding, training, and evaluation
- lead infection prevention surveillance, data tracking, and reporting
- educate staff on prevention practices and compliance
- monitor residents for infection and collaborate with providers
- develop and update infection-prevention policies
- participate in QAPI, care-plan meetings, audits, and survey preparation.

Why this role
