What you'll do
- Provide Epicor Kinetic user support and training
- visit company locations and work with departments to document workflows and identify improvements
- troubleshoot ERP issues
- develop BAQs, dashboards, reports, BPMs, and customizations
- coordinate testing for changes and upgrades
- work with Epicor support and vendors
- assist with migrations, integrations, and configuration
- document processes and system changes
- manage and mentor the Business Analyst.
