What you'll do

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community organizations
• serve as a point of contact for referral sources
• conduct in-person visits and build strategic partnerships
• identify new referral sources and strengthen existing partnerships
• coordinate with admissions on referrals, documentation, and client intake
• support prospective clients and families in meetings or calls as needed
• share industry and market insights with leadership
• report referral and admissions activity
• collaborate on outreach strategies and campaigns.
