Why this role
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., plus limited on-call. Requires an accredited medical degree, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency, Pennsylvania medical and DEA licenses, Medicare provider enrollment, a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license, and at least one year of primary care experience with frail or elderly people. Geriatrics fellowship training is preferred; relocation assistance may be available.
