The Night Shift Shipping and Receiving Lead is an onsite role in Valley View, OH, paying $23 per hour. The role also handles after-hours transportation issues and provides a detailed shift handoff to day management and Dispatch.

What you'll do

• Direct night crew workflows and prioritize tasks by route departure
• inspect inventory and verify counts against load sheets and shipping documents
• pull and stage inventory
• check load securement and delivery gear
• oversee loading and unloading
• document shortages, overages, and damage
• respond to after-hours driver, route, equipment, and vehicle concerns
• inspect trucks and coordinate maintenance
• enforce dock safety and complete shift-handoff reports.
