The Clinical Lead helps maintain efficient clinical operations and a positive patient experience by guiding medical assistants, monitoring patient flow, supporting providers, and maintaining accurate records and safe clinical practices. The role also supports the Practice Manager with patient concerns and operational issues.

What you'll do

• Serve as a superuser for the EMA ModMed system and guide providers and medical assistants
• mentor and train new medical assistants
• optimize patient flow
• support appointment and procedure workflows
• oversee medical supply inventory
• assist the Practice Manager with patient complaints and operational issues
• support safety, infection control, and accurate EHR documentation.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2–3 years of recent clinical experience, ideally in dermatology or cosmetic practice. Medical Assistant certification is a plus.
