Description

Consults with physicians and allied health professionals regarding patient nutritional status. Formulates nutrition assessment, evaluation, and follow-up plans for patients at nutrition risk. Participates in clinical rounds and department meetings. Provides staff relief and cross-coverage for inpatient and outpatient services.
