This role exists to serve as the strategic architect for the physical store environment, ensuring that all retail spaces reflect the brand's mission and values. The manager will provide design consultation to franchise owners, optimize store layouts, and manage vendor relationships to drive profitability.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain a forward-looking vision for the WBU in-store experience.
• Produce scaled 3D renderings, floor plans, and planograms.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for franchise owners regarding design and construction.
• Negotiate buying programs with preferred vendors.
• Partner with internal departments to support merchandising strategies.
