What you'll do

• Facilitate workshops, group discussions, and mentorship activities
• engage at-risk youth
• maintain a visible presence at school
• detect and mediate conflicts
• respond to crises and deescalate situations
• coordinate with school personnel and law enforcement
• provide safe passage at least twice weekly, or four times weekly for campus schools
• recruit and mentor youth
• document outreach and mediation
• support program events and training.
