What you'll do

• Analyze mechanical and operational problems and test equipment
• make corrections and running adjustments
• change over equipment or perform scheduled maintenance when equipment is not scheduled for manufacturing
• clear jams and set aside product for inspection or rework
• examine, test, and measure product against quality specifications
• perform preventive maintenance checks and report findings
• document causes of production delays
• notify maintenance or supervisors about recurring malfunctions, corrective actions, quality problems, and supply needs
• contribute to a safe and clean work environment.
