What you'll do

• Independently manage assigned cases
• advise clients on case status
• draft complaints and answers
• conduct discovery and witness preparation
• take and defend depositions
• handle motion practice, trial preparation and conduct, and appellate work
• manage project load, administrative staff, task lists, and billing
• chair client corporate meetings.
