What you'll do

• Administer qualified retirement plans
• interpret plan documents and monitor IRS and DOL compliance
• review trust accounting, eligibility, allocations, vesting, forfeitures, and distributions
• perform compliance testing and prepare Form 5500 filings
• identify and escalate compliance issues
• assist with plan terminations, corrections, amendments, and restatements
• respond to client and advisor inquiries
• mentor junior staff.
