Fitness Coach

The Fitness Coach role is onsite in Fargo, ND. Compensation begins at $20 per class. [solidcore] coaches lead signature 50-minute, full-body, low-impact classes using resistance-based machines. The coach teaches clients how to use the equipment and provides personalized support and motivation in a small-group setting. The role also contributes to an inclusive studio community and requires participation in the company’s comprehensive training program.

What you'll do

• Lead 50-minute fitness classes

• learn techniques and practices from coaches and studio managers
• build relationships with clients and the fitness community
• help create a welcoming and inclusive fitness space.

Why this role

Prior fitness teaching experience or certification is not required. The posting requires at least 15 hours of weekday availability, coaching at least six classes (about nine hours) per week, one full weekend day, and three holidays per year.
