Industrial Construction Estimator

Job overview

What you'll do

• Review drawings, specifications, scopes, and bid documents
• develop labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, and other cost estimates
• perform takeoffs
• obtain vendor pricing
• identify assumptions, exclusions, and risks
• prepare proposals and bid documentation
• coordinate with operations and project management
• support customer meetings and business development
• maintain estimating data
• participate in bid reviews and project turnover.
