Job overview

The Multisystemic Therapist – Youth and Families role is onsite in Seattle, WA, with work in clients’ homes and the community. Pay is $68,000–$75,077 per year. Therapeutic Health Services provides behavioral health treatment and services for children, youth, and families, including communities facing barriers to care. The therapist delivers evidence-based Multisystemic Therapy to youth ages 12–17 and their families. The role works with caregivers, schools, and community partners to address behavioral challenges, strengthen family relationships, and support lasting change through assessment, treatment, and ongoing case planning.

What you'll do

  • Engage caregivers, family members, and community supports in change-oriented treatment
  • assess client and family strengths and concerns
  • provide direct clinical treatment using the MST model
  • and conduct weekly case planning and progress evaluation with supervisor and team support. Travel to client homes, program sites, and meetings around the county is necessary.
