It connects subcontractors, crews, builders, engineers, inspectors, and material logistics to move each build through its structural phases.

What you'll do

• Hire, schedule, and direct concrete, masonry, and framing subcontractors
• manage shell construction from site preparation and slab through masonry, framing, and truss set
• verify Florida Building Code and wind-load requirements
• sequence trades across multiple homes
• inspect work for dimensions, tolerances, and plan compliance
• schedule municipal and county inspections
• serve as the primary contact for builders, superintendents, and engineers
• order and stage materials and coordinate equipment.
