What you'll do

• Lead project handoff and startup
• review proposals, contracts, plans, and specifications
• develop and maintain schedules
• manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, procurement, and project documentation
• coordinate field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and customers
• monitor costs, labor, progress, and margin
• prepare billing information
• coordinate inspections and closeout
• maintain project records and complete lessons-learned reviews.
