Production Scheduling and Data Coordinator

The Production Scheduling and Data Coordinator works onsite in Norwich, KS, on a full-time basis. Compensation is $18 per hour, with increases based on experience. The role reports to Production Control and supports production, shipping, and delivery objectives. This role maintains accurate production information and schedules, adjusts plans as production progresses, and coordinates across operational departments. It also supports shipment preparation and inventory accuracy so production and delivery commitments can be met.

What you'll do

• Enter and maintain production data
• develop and update daily production schedules
• monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet delivery commitments
• coordinate with Pattern Shop, Shipping, Quality, Customer Service, and other operational teams
• conduct monthly inventory cycle counts
• schedule truck pickups, deliveries, and loads
• verify shipment details and documentation
• assist with weighing, loading, and unloading materials.
