It contributes to study execution, regulatory compliance, and data accuracy through configuration, testing, deployment, maintenance, and collaboration with clinical and technical teams.

What you'll do

• Design, configure, maintain, revise, and close out eCOA studies
• build questionnaires, schedules, branching logic, rules, reminders, alerts, and notifications
• coordinate eCOA configuration and controlled transfer to EDC
• implement approved amendments, translations, and maintenance changes
• perform technical quality control and support user acceptance testing
• coordinate deployment readiness and post-production troubleshooting
• collaborate with clinical database programming, data management, COA science, and clinical operations
• maintain specifications and study artifacts
• provide training and technical guidance.
