This position supports the Sky Chefs Customer Service Center by leading food safety and regulatory compliance programs. This role exists to maintain high standards of food safety and quality assurance throughout the facility. The supervisor manages preventive programs, including HACCP and sanitation, while providing training and guidance to operational teams to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality products to airline passengers.

What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and company food safety standards
• monitor and maintain HACCP, CCPs, and allergen controls
• conduct routine inspections and audits
• maintain accurate food safety documentation
• support internal and external regulatory inspections
• provide food safety training to staff
• lead and develop the Quality Assurance team.
