What you'll do

• Supervise carpenters, laborers, and operators and assign work
• coordinate daily activities and present job safety analyses to the team
• provide on-the-job training and performance feedback
• plan and schedule work with the superintendent
• track materials and manage tools and equipment using HCSS
• coordinate with other trades and subcontractors
• interpret blueprints and specifications
• ensure quality and safety compliance
• conduct inspections and address deficiencies
• communicate project requirements
• report progress and maintain records, daily notes, and photos in HCSS
• oversee tool and site maintenance
• monitor costs, minimize waste, and assist with procurement.
